Pros
Very very little. Used to be a great company to work for until JB started. Treats prestige cars centres like car supermarkets.
Cons
After working for Inchcape for 6 years they have decided to give me a 60% pay cut! HR is non existent and even when you ask to talk to them they don’t bother and totally shun you. Stay away from Inchcape at all costs. There isn’t a single member of the sales team (not one) that doesn’t think Inchcape is a total joke to work for.
