Pros

Incline is an absolute fallacious scam

Cons

It's very interesting when you visit their website and click on "Team" it's like being at an AA Meeting where you only know the first name and last initial. So their so-called President is called Brandon L. who is just barely out of high school. Even more, intresting is trying looking into who the players are at Incline on LinkedIn, good luck finding anyone who has been there for longer than six months, and the so-called President or other "Executives" at the company don't have a profile on LinkedIn. That is very suspicious. They prey on recent graduates with promises of being groomed for management and greatness. It's also very curious that their website doesn't list any of their clients.

Pros

You work with fun people and the Friday night team activities are fun.

Cons

It’s a complete and utter scam. They pretend that you are getting into a real, legit job, and then you wind up selling car wax for 7 hours at a gas station in 100 degree heat. Not to mention, the only way you make money is through the sales, and when you actually do make a sale, your commission is so small that you have to make a million sales just to survive. In the morning, there’s about 2 hours of meetings that you have to sit through that you just don’t get paid for. Essentially, you work from 9am to 7 at night and if you don’t sell anything, you don’t get paid a dime. When you go in for interviews, they’ll sell you the job in any way they can. They’ll make it seem like you’ll get promoted super fast and that you’ll be managing a division in less than a year. That may or may not be true, but my manager, who owned the whole division, was still out at gas stations in black pants and a gray polo trying to sell people cans of car wax. So if you think that you’ll get in, get promoted, and then not have to sell wax anymore, that’s WRONG. Stay with this company and you’ll spend the rest of your life pretending to be positive while dying of heat stroke at a gas station.
