A pro and a con: it is a fast-paced environment that never stops. The learning curve for new employees can feel a bit steep and there is a sense of overwhelm for the first months. The good news is that everyone at GR has been there, so everyone is there to help.
GR is scaling quickly and growth is faster than some of our formal operational frameworks. Lots of work to create some more formal processes to help scale the company effectively, but it's a work in progress.
