Pros

This place has literally zero pros. There’s no work-life balance at all for employees. People are working their assesoff every day, while the CTMs are busy enjoying foreign vacations. The effort employees put in here just isn’t reflected in how they’re treated.

Cons

Cons? Honestly, everything. Designers here are expected to do way more than just design. You’re expected to handle data, act like a CTM, create content, shoot videos, and take on multiple responsibilities—all for very little pay. Work-life balance? Forget about it. There is none. Growth? Don’t even think about it. Promotions and opportunities seem to depend more on favoritism than performance. If you’re one of the CTM’s favorites, mistakes are overlooked. If you’re not, even small issues can put your job at risk. When it comes to hikes, the expectations are unrealistic. Employees are expected to work day and night, take on multiple responsibilities, and constantly go above and beyond. But when appraisal time comes around, the focus suddenly shifts to finding faults in your work rather than recognizing your contributions. No matter how much effort you put in, there always seems to be a reason not to give a proper hike. One of the most frustrating parts is how employees are treated during campaigns. If you’re sent to a new city or location, accommodation is usually provided for only 7 days. After that, you’re expected to figure everything out on your own. There is very little support, guidance, or assistance, even though you’re there for company work. Employees are often left to manage things themselves without any real help from the organization. HR has very little influence when it comes to employee concerns. In the end, whatever the CTM decides becomes the final decision.
