They share sensitive numbers and metrics with the whole company and trust that everyone will treat the information carefully - Engineering team is super strong, and Incode is the market leader in proprietary tech and performance - High performers can move through the org quickly. Company still feels small enough that everyone has visibility and relationships with the Leadership team, so if you proof yourself as a team contributor, you get a lot of recognition - Identity security market is huge, and there are so many use cases for customer onboarding and employee onboarding solutions across every industry. Market is growing even faster on the back of the AI wave and growth in deepfakes, AI agents, etc. - Company has started getting recognition for market leadership in G2, Gartner, etc. - New SF office is great.
