Great place for beginners. They genuinely hire inexperienced people, train them properly, and put them on real projects. Unlike many large consulting firms where getting meaningful work can depend on luck and people often stay on the bench for long periods. The culture feels startup-like. People are approachable, and you can directly ping heads of departments whenever needed to get things done. Cons
Would not recommend it for highly experienced people. The workload can be high, and you’ll often have to wear multiple hats. Since it operates like a startup, management or process changes can happen frequently. A new director may join and completely change day-to-day operations. Processes and procedures are not always clearly defined or standardized. HR is decent, but nothing particularly exceptional.
