Pros

Working at Incubyte has been a genuinely refreshing experience. The culture is non-political, and people are incredibly supportive — everyone’s first instinct is to help, not compete. There’s a strong focus on continuous learning and upskilling, and the organization truly values everyone’s voice. It’s rare to find a place where feedback is invited so openly and ideas are genuinely heard — Incubyte manages to do just that.

Cons

Incubyte is a great place if you enjoy ownership and working in a space with healthy ambiguity. May not align with those who prefer constant direction, or close handholding. But for self-driven people who love solving problems and learning continuously, it’s an environment where you can truly thrive.

Pros

The company is an amazing place to work if you value growth and are willing to put the efforts. The team is amazing and goes out of their way to help you at every opportunity.

Cons

You'll be actively collaborating with everyone as in pair programming, which is at times exhausting.

Pros

Unfortunately, it is difficult to identify any significant pros from my experience working here

Cons

When you have joined the company initially, you will feel refreshing to see a different work culture where everyone is very keen to learn and contribute but it turned out to be a fake fog of darkness lying ahead. Founders are not bad but unfortunately not very much technical, they just believe what the team members report to them and yes not to forget the inexperienced junior team leads. No one has any idea what's going on in the projects they are working on - its like its working for the company for now but as soon as the underlying problems become apparent to the clients this bubble will burst very badly. You talk to an HR and then a different HR and then some other HR - you just keep on sharing you feedbacks and reviews in infinite loop - god knows what is the CEO even doing - does he even realise that this is just a waste of time of developers and their own waste of money they are spending on such ineffective HR persons. Ground reality is very bad and the best part is no one knows about it as its working for everyone at the moment.
