Pros
The function of the job was easy. I was led to believe that it would be tough logic, and thought that I was missing something at first. Flexible, but not as much as they say.
Cons
As a new hire over 40, I was given a first-time Project Manager in late-20s and a “Mentor” who was a 22yo intern convert. Both were incapable of leading or communicating as leaders, and seemed intimidated by my age. I would have followed capable young professionals.
