Great place to work with fantastic perks, and the team are actually lovely

Cons

Leadership isn't strong so we keep pivoting which churns through energy and general life force. Also voices are listened to or brought into conversations to understand.

Provided income while working Easy to get started and begin assignments Opportunities for short-term work when needed

Cons

Lack of respect toward workers Poor communication and unclear updates Job instability (assignments can end suddenly) Weak support when workers get sick or have issues Unclear or inconsistent attendance expectations Decisions feel automated and impersonal Little transparency around termination or assignment changes
