      The pay was average when I used to work, but due to today's situation, I saw that this has increased. So, well done!

      Lack of respect toward workers Poor communication and unclear updates Job instability (assignments can end suddenly) Weak support when workers get sick or have issues Unclear or inconsistent attendance expectations Decisions feel automated and impersonal Little transparency around termination or assignment changes
