      Pros

      Good collaboration environment and office has a lot of perks.

      Cons

      No chance of progression there, if you’re not careful you’ll be stuck in the same position for 3 years+ as I noticed with other colleagues. Salaries are rubbish if you’re just starting out, and only increase by the slightest amount. Especially for the experience other companies offer a lot more money. Look out for yourself, if you do work there do not spend more that 18 months in this role. Once you have enough experience, LEAVE!

      Provided income while working Easy to get started and begin assignments Opportunities for short-term work when needed

      Cons

      Lack of respect toward workers Poor communication and unclear updates Job instability (assignments can end suddenly) Weak support when workers get sick or have issues Unclear or inconsistent attendance expectations Decisions feel automated and impersonal Little transparency around termination or assignment changes
