No system - Project Coordinator Indesign Creations Employee Review

There is not systematic way to get the project going. Have to brief each and every worker on the project at hand. Every one is involved in a single project. Sales person brief, project mgr brief, boss have a say. Very messy situation but still manage to get the job done. No chance given for new employees. Was asked to leave with reason given that wasn't a good fit.
