2. Micromanaging (its not a school for christ's sake, it's a workplace).
3. People who stay for more than a year aren't loyal, they just have no ambition in life.
4. Pay is also very less.
5. Honestly, if you're thinking of joining this firm, my advice would be "RUN".
6. This company will go obsolete if they continue to keep working like this.
