Pros
Fellow co-workers seemed to be friendly and eager to work together as a team. If you get to full time hire, then the State of Indiana benefits are terrific.
Cons
Ater 5 business weeks of work, they had the recruiting company terminate me on a friday at 4:30pm. The reasons that they gave were not meeting expectations. They never discussed their expectations with me nor objectives to be achieved at 1 week, 2 weeks, 4 weeks, etc. You are setting up people to fail if you don't tell them what your expectations are from them when they walk in the door and don't do regular check-ins to discuss those expectations.
