Most people are great to be around and helpful. Paycheck. Big windows and rotating remote days. Most of the days are entertaining and filled with the unexpected. Able to help customers that want to help themselves.
Cons
Out of touch leadership. Non-communicative management. Never ending uncertainty. Customers are always angry.
