      Generally a very nice place with great people. The benefits are excellent, you accrue sick time and PTO quickly.

      Cons

      Some faculty are rude and you can never satisfy them, even when you give them exactly what they ask for…

      Bloomington is a wonderful place. Also, the university is evolving. There is a possibility of doing great things here.
