Pros
Higher level leadership was great. They have empathy and compassion for employees and want them to learn.
Cons
There are a lot of issues with mid-level management being stuck in their ways here. Men tend to be misogynistic toward women employees. They also expect you to know how to do everything and don't respond well when you ask for help.
