Pros
It's great being part of an organization that is improving patient lives and providing high quality care. Although pay is lower than market value, IU Health offers good work-life balance with hybrid and remote work options for some roles. As a parent, this flexibility is one of the reasons I have stayed at IU Health for 6+ years.
Cons
Current C-suite is not values driven and disconnected from their workforce. They request team member feedback and then don't act on it. HR is dysfunctional and very hard to work with. Minimal parental leave options.
