      Very caring environment, and everyone works together to get the job done. The supervisor is very encouraging to the staff.

      There is no overtime, and should be a way for employees to have.

      Pros

      very flexible schedule, leadership is good at communicating and showing appreciation. They also don't allow others to treat coworkers poorly. Insurance is affordable with decent coverage, more PTO than many companies.

      pay is low, increases are very small
