      Management team is made up of low grade, just got out of school and have absolutely no real world experience. They are inexperienced and extremely immature. They perpetuate the negative reviews.

      Pros

      very flexible schedule, leadership is good at communicating and showing appreciation. They also don't allow others to treat coworkers poorly. Insurance is affordable with decent coverage, more PTO than many companies.

      pay is low, increases are very small
