      the co-workers, the work, the benefits

      Upper Leadership talking down to employees like they are 5 yr olds instead of working professionals. benefits are expensive compared to other places, you have to use their facilities, or your coverage will be lower...so if you don't live close to a facility...be aware.

      Pros

      very flexible schedule, leadership is good at communicating and showing appreciation. They also don't allow others to treat coworkers poorly. Insurance is affordable with decent coverage, more PTO than many companies.

      pay is low, increases are very small
