Pros

At Indiassetz, I've experienced the freedom to wear multiple hats and work on diverse projects, fostering personal and professional growth. Indiassetz's tech stack is always updated with the latest technologies, providing a stimulating environment for innovation and skill enhancement. The collaborative culture encourages cross-functional teamwork and idea-sharing, resulting in exceptional outcomes. The company's focus on work-life balance and supportive leadership adds to the positive experience.

Cons

There are a few areas that could be improved: Appraisal Process: The appraisal process resembles that of a service-based company, which may not always reflect individual contributions and growth adequately. System Availability: Sometimes, employees may not have ready access to the necessary systems and tools, requiring them to manage on their own, which can hinder productivity. Lack of Benefits: Currently, there are no additional benefits such as health insurance, which are standard in many workplaces and contribute to employee well-being."

Pros

The only redeeming aspect of this company was the camaraderie of my peers and even my juniors, who exhibited far more warmth and professionalism than the organization itself.

Cons

A disillusioning façade—that’s what this company embodies. Having squandered 2.4 years of my time, talent, and creativity, I can confidently say there is nothing commendable about this workplace. They parade hollow rhetoric of women’s empowerment and feminism, but the reality is starkly exploitative. Women are hired not for empowerment, but for economic subjugation—paid less under the guise of market norms, subjected to unchecked dominance, and denied rightful increments despite outperforming their male counterparts. Your contributions? They’ll fuel the company’s growth, but never your own. As for HR—an embodiment of passive-aggressive tyranny. A woman, yet an enforcer of systemic disrespect, doling out taunts, humiliation, and veiled antagonism at every turn. If there’s one piece of advice I’d give, it’s to re-evaluate this so-called HR professional—because toxicity in leadership festers rot across an organization.
