      Pros

      Good money regarding the nature of the job, you can make friends due to the long hours.

      Cons

      A lot of hours, sometimes we had no break. Bad management and culture. Unfair evaluations. Mostly it's all about you store manager, if they like you or not. Things can go really bad.

      Good salary for part time because of overtime

      Cons

      As a full time student, they did not respect my academic schedule, even though they wer telling me that they would. They would make me work overtime without asking me, negatively affecting my academic schedule. Also as promoted, even though I had requested a specific day off a month prior in the application, they "forgot" about it and almost lost my exam because they couldn't make last minute changed
