      it gives you the opportunity to work with plesant people most of the times and letting you know trends of fashion

      Cons

      most of the times people with qualifications are waiting for a promotion that more or less never comes because of the attitutde that leads to 'friendly promos' from the supervisors.

      Good salary for part time because of overtime

      Cons

      As a full time student, they did not respect my academic schedule, even though they wer telling me that they would. They would make me work overtime without asking me, negatively affecting my academic schedule. Also as promoted, even though I had requested a specific day off a month prior in the application, they "forgot" about it and almost lost my exam because they couldn't make last minute changed
