Pros
You get paid relatively well, at least more than the minimum wage. Discount in Zara.
Cons
They might not employ you permanently right away; they usually give you 2 months' contracts and renew if they keep needing you(which means you can stop having a job whener they decide). They then end up giving you a permanent contract, but it is a hassle to keep asking for it. It was a good job for a bit, but no one was happy working for this company. Everyone would feel miserable and thinking about leaving. The company does not care about its employees. The schedule is meant to be given 1 month in advance, but it never is; you end up knowing your schedule for next week the week before, but if you need a specific day off, they tell you you had to ask one month in advance. NOT a flexible job. Not flexible with holidays. Prepare to never go home for Christmas.
