      - Good work life balance - Supportive teammates and boss - Good place to learn about adaptability, because retail is a fast paced environment with fluctuative market trends - Good benefits - New trainee program for fresh graduates

      - salary while decent, not as lucrative as many other companies. but yearly raise is relatively decent too and definitely will get you there - because retail is fast paced, priorities will change frequently too
