Pros
- A lot of interesting markets and projects worlwide - Very important customers (at least in Spain) - Some kind of stability (but this is changing due to market contraction) - Good to start and make CV - A lot of holidays - No problem with the timetable in general
Cons
- Frozen salaries after two first years (juniors). No extra benefits. - You need to spend several years to a good promotion and raise in salary. There is no career plan. - Oversized and old-tailored management staff. Lack of vertical communication - Bad habits. Reluctant to innovation and development.
