Pros
Very nice and competent people to work with. By far, this is the best thing of this company. Many different projects. Interesting benefits (life insurance, flexible schedules if the project allows them).
Cons
Tendency to work for long hours. Many dinosaurs: people who don't want to change what they've been doing for the last 20 years. A human resources department that is a complete mess. Good initial salary, but almost no pay rises afterwards.
