Pros
One of the best reasons to work at i2S is to learn how a large company of software development works. The company has a relatively stable software development life cycle. Additionally, it invests in training and has one of the best HR department I have ever worked with.
Cons
Usually nothing is planning and there are no explicit requirements. The company doesn't like to explore new technologies. The middle management spend a lot of time in needless meetings.
