We feel sorry that you are disappointed with the management since we always aim to build and retain a great employee/manager relationship. For this purpose, we implemented regional Q and A sessions for employees to ask all their burning questions. Additionally, we promote a transparent environment in which everyone feels empowered to reach out to their direct manager, or people partner with concerns or issues.
