Pros
No pros, except that I learned what kind of workplace to avoid in the future.
Cons
Poor hiring process – Only one technical round, and the CEO offers very low salaries. Unfair salary deductions – The CEO cuts salaries under the pretense of performance issues and targets employees she doesn’t like. Toxic work culture – Employees are forced to stay beyond work hours, and those who leave on time are targeted and harassed. Lack of professionalism – The CEO misbehaves with employees, scolds them on WhatsApp, and has no proper communication or management skills. Projects – The company has existed for 8 years but has very few, if any, successful projects. The CEO frequently drops projects without completing them. Favoritism – A small core group gets better treatment, equity, and facilities, while others receive nothing. No career growth – Employees quit frequently, and there are no senior employees because the CEO doesn’t trust or value them. False promises – Once hired, employees get no benefits. Unnecessary office travel – Despite low productivity, employees are still required to travel to the office on alternate Saturdays. Unprofessional office setup – The company has no management structure, no co-founders, and no office board. It looks more like a house than a company.
