I strongly advise against considering any employment opportunities at Infibrain. My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. The management is disorganized and unprofessional, showing little regard for their employees' well-being. Communication is poor, and there is a significant lack of transparency in their operations. The work environment is toxic, with a high turnover rate and constant pressure to meet unrealistic deadlines without adequate support or resources. There's a severe lack of career growth and development opportunities, and the promises made during the hiring process are rarely fulfilled. Additionally, the compensation is below industry standards, and the benefits package is minimal at best. Overall, Infibrain fails to provide a supportive or positive workplace. I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking a stable and rewarding career. Stay away if you value your professional growth and mental health.
