1. Poor leadership transparency & frequent miscommunication: Decisions are often made without explaining rationale to teams. Key changes drop suddenly, leaving people scrambling to adapt. 2. Unclear roles and shifting responsibilities Job descriptions often don’t match reality. People are asked 90% times to take on extra tasks beyond their scope. 3. Micromanagement and lack of autonomy Even small tasks are monitored and controlled tightly, showing very little trust in employees to execute work independently. Some managers also tend to take credit for their team’s efforts, while deflecting blame when things go wrong. Although senior leadership is aware of this behavior, nothing ever changes, since these managers are considered “core members” and remain untouchable. This issue is especially prevalent within the AI team, where recognition rarely reaches the people actually doing the work. 4. Poor work-life balance & frequent burnout Expected to work long hours regularly. There’s pressure to be always “on,” which leads to stress, fatigue, and exhaustion. 5. Unclear company policies & inconsistent communication Policies are never clearly defined or documented. What’s allowed today might suddenly change tomorrow without notice. Even basic things like leave, notice period, or reimbursements are handled inconsistently. One advice, If possible avoid performance bonus / variable pay while accepting offer here. 6. No proper Full & Final (FNF) settlement after exit - MOST IMPORTANT Once you leave, getting your FNF cleared becomes a nightmare. Emails go unanswered. Many ex-employees face unjust salary deductions and endless delays in settlements.
