Pros
-Everyone is really helpful at all times, most are willing to teach you about what they do. -Not too much restrictions on dress codes, lunch hour, generally nobody bothers what time you arrive or leave, unless you cant finish your job. -Free reign to explore the entire plant, lots of stuff to potentially learn. -Food is cheap.
Cons
-Interns are not expected to do any real job except prepare presentations on topics you have covered in the plant. -Some interns are handed over to Quality Control, doing repetitive tasks everyday. -Days are long and boring if you are not self-motivated to go out and learn. -Meagre salary compared to other similar companies.
