Pros
- Only the good relocation treatment but after that HR get very negative attitude toward you. - Good for new graduate, only for 1 year, in order to get a good name on the CV and leave soon.
Cons
- Mentality of people. Everybody looks mistrustful on your ideas and improvements. - German is basically a must, if not you are pratically excluded from the team or not considered as one of them. - Non good place for improving technically, you´ll do always same stuff or all the garbage left by the seniors so all the most boring tasks.
