Pros
It provides a good platform to learn especially each of the employee is given equal chance to be good. The company has great plans to forecast coming future and able to display to worker by quarter yearly.
Cons
Some of the work progress are allowed to be slow, which sometimes is employer are not considered as LEAN compared to employee from other company. Need of upgrading some of the facilities such as canteen service.
