Pros
I worked with an awesome team! All were very dedicated and truly enjoyed worked with one another.
Cons
The regions don't have much say so it causes delays and frustration. Corporate needs to loosen the reigns and allow more autonomy. They're going through lots of change now, so hope lessons have been learned and they move the company forward.
