      Pros

      They actually do pay you on time even if it is 2nd week of the month - very strange.

      Cons

      No strategy. Very poor UK leadership, clueless. No new business. No channel. No cloud storage strategy. Surviving off a few existing accounts.

      Pros

      Seasoned management that does not micro manage and gives you a lot of rope. Flexible to remote work. Decent benefits. Not a lot of meetings and/or bureaucracy.

      Cons

      Tough to penetrate new accounts in this market and very focused on the high end. Limited channel distribution.
