Jesus where do I start... this is the cheapest company I've ever had the displeasure of working for. It's so bad that all of the office supplies look like they came right off the curb on bulk garbage day. This translates into the work equipment as well; everything is outdated including the platforms on which they keep their products that are sold to clients. There is absolutely no morale building in this company; quite the contrary it's like they go out of their way to make sure you're absolutely miserable working there. Management is a joke and they're full of false promises (from matching 401k's which they will swear is in the works when you come in for your interview but never hear about it again.... to how many perks there will be once the company picks back up.... again something that you will never see). Raises are practically non-existent, health benefits are beyond terrible.. you'd be lucky if you could even get a cleaning at the dentist paid for let alone a filling. The overall atmosphere in the company is miserable... everyone hates each other, there is drama between departments and nobody has any respect for upper management what so ever. This place is a joke. If you're considering working here do yourself a favor and run far away from it; wait it out for a better opportunity.
