Pros
- HR is attentive and very considerate - Working from home arrangement - Friendly environment - Have Alvin, a very skilled programmer that is always willing to guide you with what you do
Cons
- Remote first setup require a very effective communication that might be lacking sometimes but Infinitilab shows sign of trying to improve in that sense - Using a in house framework that is still in development and no detailed documentation yet (but they're working on it as I type this)
