Pros
I have been with Infinity Sales Group for about hmmm 2 years now.. lol I work about 45 minutes away buuuuut I look forward to taking that trip 5 to 6 days a week. The company it self always have different incentives to also help motivate me as an agent.. Just a few months ago I actually won a brand new car, fully paid for (that's never happened at any other job I've worked at). The commission structure is unlimited, the call center it self is pretty much laid back as well as clean, unlike other call centers I have worked for in the past. And there is always great opportunity's for growth with-in the company.
Cons
Honestly I can't really say that I have ran into any challenges working for Infinity. This is the longest I have ever worked for any company and for me that says a lot because I get bored VERY QUICKLY :)
