Cons
There is clear nepotism throughout the company from the CEO to the department heads to certain employees that are unable to do their job are often kept on and just get a slap on the wrist and give a different title in order to not cause strains on their friendship or family relationships. Meanwhile workers that are valuable to the team are often handed a heavy workload plus extra work to make up for fact that others are not holding up their end of the deal. Different positions in the company are held at different levels in managements eyes. Some employees play games all throughout the work day while not responding to pending issues and management simply looks the other way.
