It's been about 2 years since joining Info-Tech and the below mentioned experiences are true to my heart. 1. Work-life balance is amazing. 2. Very friendly colleague and managers. 7. The management clearly understands the employees' needs and try to fulfill them. 8. Internal opportunities. 9. Systematic approach towards the employees' career growth. A lot more happiness and fun while at work, when compared to other companies I've worked with so far.
