Pros
This is a smaller sized company that allows employees to be involved in so many aspects of software development, sales, distribution, implementation, training, and support. Every day brings new and different opportunities and is one of the reasons it is fun to work here. I like the fact that my recommendations for software changes and/or additions are taken into account, and could be implemented into a customer's process. I have worked for larger companies where you never really see how your contributions affect the overall product or customer experience, but you get a first-hand view here. In addition to that the pay is good and benefits and 401K matching are offered.
Cons
Being small and fast-paced also has challenges and you have to be willing to adapt to the situation here. Training can sometimes be sparse and you are required to learn things on your own, schedules can be hard to maintain with the ever-changing daily plan, etc.
