Pros

Utilization of the resources is to the fullest in the company. Its an association between the employee and the company with which both of the parties get benefit. I joined this company as a fresher and i was able to enhance my skills as much as possible. In terms of work, there are the newest technologies available to work upon. Most admiring thing which i even don’t get in oracle(current employer) is that you’re the soul owner of the modules that you work upon. There’s total freedom of working however way you want in terms of technicalities (of course, the way you choose should be correct and more efficient) Time flexibility is one more thing which I’d give it a plus point. The environment of the company compells you to work in a way that you’ll always be in a process of learning which is the most important thing. There are recreational activities also involved if you get bored of working. There are many other aspects which I don’t want to go on listing But surely a great company to work with. It was a great experience for me to work with Info Objects

Cons

I worked with Info objects for three years. As long as i was with Info Objects, I didn’t face any problem there. Since, its a company of almost 200 employees now, no matter how hard the management works to fulfill what employees want, there will always be complains to hear. But if you’re a person who bothers about a blooming and learning career, please go ahead and join in a blink of an eye

Pros

Since I was a contract employee sourced through InfoObjects, I didn't have a lot of need for communication with them. If I ever had any issue with benefits, HR was responsive.

Cons

I worked remotely and I think the specific health insurance they use thru Anthem was confusing if you weren't in California. I feel like every appointment I went to, it was a gamble on what the coverage would be like.
