Hardworking team, competitive salary, feeling valued, busy company, owner takes care of employees and is very attentive to customers as well as employee needs.

No cons that I can think of

Easy location to get to for the most part. Good surrounding area for lunch breaks.

This place has, in my opinion, the most amount of micromanagement I've ever seen in any company. It comes from the very top down to whoever you report to. If you can handle this, then you'll do fine here.
