      There are no pros as of I know.its not very good company.

      Cons

      I joined as Db admin and fired in 4 months this is how company will work. there is no work life blance. you need to work 12/day. this is very very bad company so please don't join in this there won't be any job security you may be fired after 2 day joined with out any notice. Soo please please don't join.

      Pros

      One of the things that sets Infoane Technologies apart is the strong culture of ownership. Employees are encouraged to take full ownership of their projects, and it’s not uncommon for people to lead major initiatives. This level of trust and autonomy has been a huge motivator for me.
