Pros

Infobase New York - remote work, great colleagues, supportive supervisors Infobase India - No pros.

Cons

Infobase India's management is extremely toxic and masochistic. Salaries are way below market standards. Hikes are disguised to look impressive but are meagre peanuts. Women are treated inferior when it comes to assigning projects. Constructive criticism is squashed by senior management. A majority of Infobase India employees do not know to converse in proper professional English. Instead local regional languages are used even in meetings. Senior management regularly engages in passing sexist comments.

Thank you for taking the time to post this review, we welcome all feedback from past and present employees so we can continue to improve the organization as a whole. Infobase India has been working hard to to improve culture and employee well-being over the last year. The current management staff proactively addresses and discusses any team issues, as well as provides annual harassment sessions. Annual performance reviews have been implemented within the organization and we continue to evaluate and align both Infobase India and HQ. Please do not hesitate to reach out to the HR team should you like to discuss anything further.

Pros

Some of the people were very nice.

Cons

The company often felt disjointed and resistant to change. Many processes and approaches seemed behind the times, and new ideas or innovative perspectives were not readily welcomed. Leadership appeared disconnected from employees, and rather than empowering leaders to do the jobs they were hired for, decisions were frequently overridden or ignored. This created frustration, slowed progress, and made it difficult to drive meaningful improvement.
