Pros
Great working schedule, potential to grow (if you are proactive), they have some great hard working people working there, snacks every week, monthly birthday celebrations, some managers do care and appreciate what you do for the company
Cons
They need to work a lot on the upper management they made decisions based on he/she say... which has caused them to let go some great working people there. They are trying to do so many events that they over work their staff and not end up appreciating everything they do for the company. I was there for 5+ yes and saw how they just let go of some great people. Company changed a lot since the owners divorced it brought lots of tension and stress to everyone.
