Cons
Daily Hrs worked fluctuates, teams will often span timezones so working some off hrs is expected. The fast paced environment comes across chaotic but that is typical of the work in the space. Working remote you have to make a point to stay connected, otherwise you may think you are on an island. Have to be comfortable with reaching out to collaborate.
